The European Commission imposes a fine of 26.6 million euros on the Dutch Rabobank for cartel formation. Between 2006 and 2016, the bank made price and other illegal agreements with Deutsche Bank when trading in government bonds. Because Deutsche Bank exposed the existence of the cartel, it will not be fined.
