Leading universities in Europe are losing ground in the World University Rankings as competition from Asia intensifies. The British higher education magazine Times Higher Education (THE) announced this on Wednesday. Belgium’s highest university on the list, KU Leuven, maintains its position in 42nd place. In total, four Belgian universities are in the top 200.
