Euroleague Quarterfinals: Bayern Munich equalizes impressively in Barcelona – Euroleague – Basketball

As in the first meeting, the Munich team got into the game much better. At 23:18 the guests were ahead after ten minutes. Barcelona come out of the break with a lot of momentum

Barcelona came out of the cabin with much more pressure. Driven by former NBA pro Nikola Mirotic, the hosts reduced the lead to 47:53 after 25 minutes. Bayern kept their narrow lead until just before the end of the third quarter. Then national player Andreas Obst converted two distance shots within 20 seconds to 67:56.

The team of the Lithuanian coach Sarunas Jasikevicius did not recover in the final round. Bayern defended wisely and kept scoring points on offense. Convincing with the Munich, the first time playoff-Away game were Thomas with 25 points and Obst with 15 points.
