Eugenia, how were your beginnings as a Coach?
My entrepreneurship arose as a personal challenge, a path of transformation and leadership that led me to discover my vocation to serve others and accompany them in the development of their maximum potential.
After completing my Bachelor’s in Political Science and Master’s in International Relations, and working as a consultant, I felt the need to explore the impact of human relations in building a meaningful future. It was then that I decided to deepen my studies in Neuroeducation and obtain the Certification in Ontological Coaching.
What challenges do you have ahead?
In the medium term, my goal is to work with people and teams, inspire and co-create learning and growth experiences. This approach aligns with my life purpose and allows me to offer my knowledge in a space where I can connect with others and value the importance of learning in community, as well as the quality of conversations to achieve our goals.
What are your differentials in the field?
What sets me apart from other professionals and companies in the field of Ontological Coaching and human relations is my comprehensive and personalized approach. My training gives me a unique perspective to address the challenges of my clients.
I understand that human relationships are complex and are influenced by multiple factors, both internal and external. Therefore, my approach is not limited only to the emotional sphere, but also considers cognitive, social and systemic aspects. This allows me to provide more holistic and effective solutions to my clients, accompanying them to achieve a higher level of well-being and success in their personal and professional lives.
If you start over, what would you do differently?
If I had the opportunity to start over, I would take advantage of the knowledge about how our brain works and the generative power of language. In addition, I would place a greater emphasis on fostering continuous learning and the development of “learning to learn” skills in both myself and my clients.
I recognize that the world is constantly changing and evolving, and it is essential to be prepared to constantly adapt and grow. By promoting a learning mindset and providing tools and techniques to improve our self-management and self-reflection skills, we can face challenges with greater confidence and success.
