The EU is targeting, among others, the largest Russian private bank Alfa-Bank and the Wagner group in its tenth package of sanctions against Russia for its invasion of Ukraine. This was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on Saturday. “We will continue to increase the pressure on Russia for as long as necessary,” said Josep Borell, the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Policy.
