The European Union is preparing a plan that should make it possible to finance an aid package worth 20 billion euros for Ukraine. This was reported by the British business newspaper ‘Financial Times’. The loan-financed package allows the EU to bypass Hungary if it continues to resist new aid for Kiev, the newspaper said.
