EU member states reached an agreement on Saturday on a billion-dollar package to support Ukraine. Despite Hungary’s veto, the other member states are still pushing ahead with the plan, the German news agency DPA learned from EU circles. According to the decision, EUR 18 billion must be paid to Kiev as a loan in the coming year.
