“I have been a designer of everything that makes me fly and a fashion producer since I was 22 years old,” says Laura Campana, creator of Estudio Campana who ventured into the Visual Arts career in 2014 when she was already a Public Auctioneer, Appraiser and Real Estate Broker. graduated from the University of Morón since 2011. “But, in reality, I feel that I obtained the title much earlier, starting in March 2004, when I was very young, working from Monday to Monday, more than 12 hours a day by absolute choice, surrounded by unforgettable people and characters who accompanied me in my growth”, she recalls.

– How long ago did you have this real estate study format in mind?

Estudio Campana exists in my mind and in my heart, I think, since always. I come from a family -and the word family has a transcendental weight in my story- where the maternal half are of Greek origin, all of them related to trade, tradition, insight, aesthetic beauty and the joy of living; and the other half, on the father’s side, Italians, people with a spirit much more connected to the fight, character, determination, anxiety for progress and the construction of the home. I can say, then, that I am made up of all that ancestral energy, and from all that cocktail of emotions, experiences and experiences of my own and others, Estudio Campana was born. And Campana, of course, how could it be otherwise, is the last name of my Italian father, whom I honor for his sacrifice, all his achievements, and the sincere, noble, and faithful love he felt for me for more than fifty years. breast.

– What is the idea of ​​the study?

The idea is very specific and is very defined in terms of our target audience. We only work all the neighborhoods of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. And we aim at the search especially for the home. We are interested in the concept of family, in all its forms, versions and diversity. It is a style of real estate whose scheme and policy I have defined as a boutique.

– Why do you define it as a boutique?

Because it is a small, but luxury structure, with a very high-quality level of image, publication, and advertising, where we try to work with no more than fifty properties, including permanent and temporary rentals, and sales that are only canceled as the objectives of our clients are being met, thus giving rise to new proposals; with which, the rotation circuit between what leaves and enters is almost perfect. In this way, the relationship with the clients who choose us, and with whom we choose, is one of absolute confidentiality, exclusivity and closeness, managing to generate a relationship where the two parties -studio and client- complement each other, giving rise to the true formation of the team.

– What is the philosophy on which you rely to develop your daily work?

We are deeply interested in the life, the project and the particular situation of each person who passes through our studio, which is why the person is more important to us than “the thing” itself. It does not affect us so much that the property is premium, standard or to renovate, but rather that the energy of that owner or owner fits with ours. To be even clearer, we are not concerned with quantity, we are more concerned with the quality of our service. We do not need to be the most recognized real estate agency in the market, but rather the most loved by the people we reach; We are not interested in giving courses, live on Instagram or tips on how to be successful, we simply feel the best when we manage to solve our client’s current need so that they can live in the place that suits their present.

– How is the team made up with which you achieve all this?

To achieve this, Estudio Campana has a dynamic and very humane work team. The saleswomen are extraordinary women that I met at different stages of my life, of my absolute confidence, all of them professionals over 40 years old, coincidentally all of them mothers, with extensive experience in sales and communication. The entire team is made up of twenty people, men and women with a great capacity for work, super creative and, above all, good people.

– In what way are commercials associated with art?

Estudio Campana is a young real estate company, impregnated with a feminine aroma, restless thinking, empathy, good taste, excellent treatment and perseverance. We specialize in the sale, purchase and rental of properties generally intended for personal housing. Currently the word “art” is linked to that very particular way in which we have managed to give life to our brand. Our own image is already an art and, mainly, the accessory and more specific service that has to do with advice on the aesthetic design of each property in search of its best version. These first two years I have focused on giving life to my own real estate marketing system, but as of March 2023 I will begin to work very hard on the second part of this project, which is Estudio Campana and which also has more to do with a extremely interesting and innovative method within the universe of art on the one hand and temporary income on the other.

– What do you think really sets you apart from other real estate agents?

First of all, focused work. A first difference is that I, as head of the study, know all my clients and have visited all the properties we offer, always in the company of one of the advisers who will be in charge. Another big difference is having experienced the old working method for many years, with all its advantages and disadvantages, both in procedures, forms and ideas that have already expired but, nevertheless, due to the long history of some firms, continue current. Also being part, today, of a select group of real estate, each one led by its auctioneers, where creativity, quality investment, style and technological innovation allow us to better reach our target audience.
