Missi Essi Unkuri prepared comprehensively for the trials of Reality.
The reigning Miss Finland, Essi Unkuri, will soon be seen in both Survivors and Farm.
Unkurin was most surprised by the weather conditions on the Survivors island.
– Stormy nights and heavy rains, which made the nights seem endless at times, says Unkuri.
– It is not shown in the program, what goes through even at night, Unkuri points out.
He says that sometimes at night a bonfire was lit, around which we talked and dried wet clothes.
– Once I just looked at the starry sky, I even saw a shooting star. That moment was strongly remembered. I thought you were joking, it’s great to be here, Unkuri remembers the night time on the island.
Unkuri prepared for the trip to Malaysia in many ways.
– It was a process of several months. I had everything from a personal trainer to a swimming coach, a group guide and a mental coach. I took it seriously. I didn’t go to fool around, I really wanted to go and give it my all. In my opinion, that involves proper, good preparation, Unkuri reasons.
He can’t tell which coaching was most useful in the competition.
– Swimming may not have gone as expected. I survived, but it was surprisingly hard. Of course, the fact that there were a lot of waves and salt water has an effect on that. It’s a bit different from the water in the swimming pool, Unkuri laughs.
The preparation was not wasted. They brought mental security.
– There was some information and information about those things. Maybe that was enough, Unkuri reflects.
