Competing in the Perche en Or competition held in France, national athlete Ersu Şaşma took 2nd place in the men’s pole vault.
According to the statement of the Turkish Athletics Federation, Ersu improved her Turkish indoor record by 2 centimeters with her jump of 5.82 meters at the organization in Roubaix.
Ersu also holds the Turkish outdoor record with 5.90 meters.
