Ermelo and Putten must better map contamination of synthetic turf: ‘Expensive remediation if necessary’ | Veluwe

The municipalities of Ermelo and Putten must conduct further research into the extent of soil contamination as a result of the use of rubber granules on synthetic turf fields of three local football clubs. If necessary, they have to take costly remediation measures. This is evident from decisions of the Council of State.
