Striker star Erling Haaland from Manchester City seems to be fit again in time for the quarter-final first leg of the Champions League against FC Bayern.
The 22-year-old Norwegian completed a training session with the team, as the Citizens announced.
“A familiar face returns to training!” tweeted the Premier League runners-up. City tweeted about a video in which Haaland jogs smiling and relaxed on the lawn: “@ErlingHaaland is back.”
Coach Pep Guardiola’s team will meet the record German champions at home next Tuesday, and the second leg in Munich’s Allianz Arena will take place on April 19.
Haaland had already been absent from the Norwegian national team for the start of the European Championship qualification in March due to an adductor injury.
Haaland was also only able to watch Saturday’s 4-1 win against Liverpool in the thrilling top game from the stands.
