US footwear retailer Crocs Inc. has named Erinn Murphy to the role of senior vice president, investor relations and corporate strategy. Murphy will take up her new position on September 5 and will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Anne Mehlman.
Murphy joins Crocs from US investment bank Piper Sandler, where she most recently served as managing director of consumer equity capital markets overseeing the consumer equity segment. Previously, she held various positions at the US oil company ExxonMobil.
“Erinn brings a wealth of experience and expertise, having spent several years in the footwear and consumer goods industries,” said Anne Mehlman, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Crocs, Inc. “Her deep understanding of market trends, consumers: Inside Behavior and Investor: Inside Dynamics will continue to strengthen Crocs investor relations and drive the company’s strategic growth initiatives.”
