Participating in the Rich and penniless series was an eye-opening experience for Onlyfans star Erika Helin.
Media personality Erika Helin, 28, will be seen this spring Rich & penniless in the series. In the reality TV show, two people try to get used to living on each other’s weekly budgets. The surprises don’t end there, as the participants also exchange apartments with each other.
In the program, Erika represents the “rich”. According to the young woman, the decision to participate in the filming of the series required a moment of reflection.
– The name of the program is quite provocative. It awakened in me that can I be put in such a “compartment of the rich”? What determines it and what is its limit? Erika tells Iltalehti.

Finally, a conversation with the producer convinced Erika.
– However, the contrast in lifestyle and spending money is huge with this exchange partner, so I decided to go along.
Exception arrangement
Erika, who is making a career as an entrepreneur, has become familiar to Finns through the Onlyfans application. Erika creates paid content for the social service, where users can view scantily clad photos of her for a monthly fee.
Erika, who lives in Malta, visits Finland at regular intervals. During his visits, he usually stays in a hotel. In the program Erika’s exchange pair Sedge also gets to experience the life of an Onlyfans star when he stays at the hotel for a week.
– It (living in a hotel) reflects my lifestyle well. Sometimes I’ve wondered if it’s even worth having my own apartment, because I live here in Malta on rent. I travel so much, so it would be almost the same as living entirely in a hotel, Erika says.

Although a week is a relatively short time to get to know another person’s lifestyle, the program raised a lot of deep thoughts in the Onlyfans star. The small weekly budget made the star question his own choices and spending habits.
However, Erika says that she has never been the type of shopper to buy expensive clothes and designer products. According to the woman, the joy derived from them is short-lived. More money is spent on traveling and eating in restaurants.
– The more resources and money you have available, the more it will go.

Recently, an entrepreneur’s suitcase drowned on a trip to Asia. However, Erika says that she has learned how to manage even with a small amount of goods.
– Money does not bring happiness is perhaps the biggest realization of this project (Rich and penniless) and of recent years, which is really a privilege to be able to say. As long as you don’t have money and the opportunity to experience all the things you would like, you think that money helps you to be happy.
Erika knows that her profession as an Onlyfans model arouses strong feelings in people, both for and against. He enjoys the free schedule and the fact that he can do his work anywhere in the world.
– I have actively worked to ensure that we (Onlyfans producers) can be at peace and fulfill ourselves, that there are no attempts to silence and remove us. Now Onlyfans producers are allowed to be relatively free and calm, Erika insists emphatically.
