Shareholders of Swedish telecom equipment maker Ericsson have reprimanded CEO Börje Ekholm and the other directors. Because of US allegations about withholding information about a scandal involving possible payments to the Islamic State terrorist group, they do not want to grant them so-called discharge. This means that the directors can be held personally liable for everything that happened in the past period.
