Erben Wennemars refuses questions about his own alleged transgressive behavior on the studio floor. “Isn’t it better to answer the question then? This is half work!”
There is another riot going on: Erben Wennemars has launched an attack on former colleague Paul de Leeuw live on television, in Humberto Tan’s talk show. According to him, the presenter is a terrible loudmouth in the workplace and is therefore not surprised about the incident in which Paul argued in a children’s hospital.
Different light
But wait a minute… Erben shouts that Paul misbehaved on the set of De Madiwodo Friday Show, but according to TV expert Rob Goossens he turns the tables. Rob has spoken to some people and they say that Erben was the studio hulk. And that certainly sheds a different light on this matter.
Presenter Daan Nieber says in last night’s RTL Boulevard broadcast that they asked Erben for a response. “What about now? We asked Erben Wennemars about it today at the NK Klunen itself.”
Erben walks away
The reporter on duty asks Erben: “You were also in the news this week because of your performance at Humberto.”
Well… Anyone who thought Erben is fast on the ice has never seen him walk out of the picture after a critical question. It’s gone. The reporter: “Do you want to say anything more about that?”
Erben: “No. I won’t say anything about it.”
The reporter: “Not even what was said about you later in that commotion in the media that appeared?”
Erben remains silent.
Does he regret it?
Weak, they think it is at the desk of RTL Boulevard. “No response,” says presenter Frank Dane.
Royalty expert Jeroen Snel: “He is sorry.”
Frank: “You better answer the question then, right?”
Jeroen: “Yes, but if you start it with Humberto, you have to finish it.”
Half work
Frank completely agrees with Jeroen. He thinks this is weak of Erben. “Exactly.”
Jeroen: “This is such a half job.”
Daan: “Who knows, there might still be a reaction. We shall see.”
According to RTL Boulevard, Paul also does not want to respond to the accusations against him.
