As a result of a thorough renovation with a bad energy prestatiecertificaat (EPC), the renovation can request an EPC label premium of up to 5,000 euros. Before that was not the case and the label premium was in a certain amount that could be reported. This is reported by Flemish Minister of Energy Zuhal Demir.
