As a consequence of the attack on Ukraine, no English national football team will play against a team from Russia for the time being.
This was announced by the English association FA on Sunday. The decision was made “out of solidarity with Ukraine”.
In the “foreseeable future” there will be no duels at any level, regardless of age group. The boycott also applies to para football.
The FA condemned the “atrocities” committed by the Russian authorities.
