Some of the customers of energy company Engie have not yet received the compensation of 190 euros for November. The gas and electricity supplier reports on its website that the payment has been delayed due to a technical malfunction.

Engie also states that customers have the 190 euros in their bank account no later than December 1. But some customers write on social media on Thursday afternoon that they have not yet received a penny.

“Engie, when will I get the 190 euros from November?” is a common complaint. There are also complaints about the company’s poor accessibility.

The Consumers’ Association calls the state of affairs ‘very annoying’ for Engie’s customers. “But I assume that they will have the money in their account at least for the weekend,” said a spokeswoman for the union.
