The seven energy suppliers investigated by the Economic Inspectorate declare their willingness to improve their services. They have informed State Secretary Eva De Bleeker for Consumer Affairs that they will be recruiting additional staff. Eight reports have already been drawn up for unfair trading practices at suppliers.
