By signing with HR Macerata, the number 13 of the Italian volleyball league, Laura Dijkema ends a period without competitions and club. Dijkema had a two-year contract for this with the Russian Leningradka from St. Petersburg, but had to leave there in a hurry last season because of the war between Russia and Ukraine.
