Amsterdam – Four employers’ organizations in the metal and technology sector have reached an agreement with the unions on a new collective labor agreement. But the largest club, the Koninklijke Metaalunie, is not participating. Much to the frustration of other employers. They have agreed to a stepwise wage increase for their people of 7.4% and a one-off payment of almost €400.
