ABN Amro: ‘Welfare of staff increasingly important’

Amsterdam – The economy has revived after the corona crisis, but employees can barely keep up with that upturn. This is the conclusion of ABN Amro in a report on the well-being of staff in seventeen business sectors. The bank points out that absenteeism due to illness is at an all-time high in many of those sectors. The shortage of staff also means that the workload increases, causing even more people to drop out.
