Spor Toto Super League team Konyaspor hosted the citizens who lost their homes in the earthquake disaster in its stadium. The green-and-white club transformed the stadium lodges into rooms with beds and put them at the service of earthquake-affected families.
An earthquake-stricken family from Gaziantep, who can stay in the lodge, left an emotional letter while leaving the stadium.
Konyaspor also shared the letter on its social media account and said, “The farewell letter left to us by our family from Gaziantep, which we hosted in the stadium lodges.”
The expressions in the letter are as follows:
“I took the food left in the fridge with me for my son to eat on the trip, please. It was very nice for me and my family to come here and get to know you. We will not forget any of you, beautiful people whose names I do not know but I will never forget their faces. I wish it was under other circumstances, but still, I’m glad I got to know you.” , pray for us a lot. I am glad to have you Konyaspor. We will meet again when we put our lives in order.”
