A 49-year-old Emmenaar was injured last night in a mistreatment in his hometown. Agents came to a report of mistreatment on the Zweelerbrink and found the wounded man.
He was taken to a hospital. How serious the injuries are is not known at the moment. The police, however, speak of serious abuse.
A short time later, the police tracked down a suspect. It is a 33-year-old man from the municipality of Zeist. With the help of a specialized arrest team, the suspect was taken out of a house and taken for questioning. The suspect is fixed for the time being and the police are investigating the abuse.
