Emmen is the football capital of the Netherlands this weekend: folk festival on Raadshuisplein

For the second time in history, football pride plays in the highest division in professional football. Football-loving Emmen had to wait 35 years for the first promotion in 2018. Four years later, after a step back of a year, the club is doing it again. So it was once again a party on a packed Raadshuisplein in the center of Emmen.
