French soccer star Kylian Mbappé has finally commented on the taunts he received at Argentina’s championship party.
– Partying is not my problem. I don’t waste my energy on such useless things, said the superstar for RMC.
Mbappé’s mockery after the World Cup final, which ended in Argentina’s victory, was especially the responsibility of the goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.
After the World Cup, the Argentinian coach held a minute’s silence for Mbappé in the locker room. Martinez also posed with a doll representing the French player.
Mbappé is more affected by the final defeat than the celebration.

Mbappé returned from the World Cup break to the ranks of his club team Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday. Team mate and recent world champion Lionel Messi did not play as PSG beat Strasbourg 2–1.
However, the two have discussed the world championship.
– I spoke with him after the match and told him my congratulations. It was a life mission for him. That’s what the world championship is for me too, but I failed. You always have to be a good player, Mbappé thinks.
– We expect Messi to come back (to PSG) and continue scoring goals.
PSG leads the French Premier League. The team is on a six-game winning streak and has not lost a single game this season.
Mbappé leads the Ligue 1 scoring market with 13 goals.
