Mayor Ton Heerts of Apeldoorn declared an emergency order for the entire city on Wednesday evening. The reason is calls on social media for as many people as possible to come to the Apeldoorn police station to free the two farmers who were arrested on Monday evening. The emergency order went into effect at 8:30 p.m.
