Isla Fono Won the European Junior Championship on Saturday night in Belgrade.
Fono, 18, from Oulu, competed in the lightweight series of women under the age of 21 (70.3 pounds). In the weight class included her Serbian Milica Glusica.
In the second round of the finals, the Serbian stayed in the lower nail. Fono got to the best place on the carpet, on the stomach, and forged hits mercilessly. The judge came in, and the European Championship gold traveled to Finland with a technical knockout.
Fono has also won the World Championships in the World Championships in the Freedom in the Under-21s.
Earlier Saturday Sara Nurmi Lost his opening match in the 52.2 kg series. The semi-final loss brought the European Championship bronze medal to the lawn because there is no bronze match in the sport.
