Tuesday, August 16, marked the 45th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s death. The ex-wife of the singer called the King of Rock Priscilla Presley revealed something surprising about the star’s life after years.
In addition to his music career, Elvis starred in numerous films, the most famous of which take place in beach atmospheres in Hawaii or Mexico. According to Priscilla, the singer star would not have wanted to do such light clips.

He tells how Elvis often got into a spat with his manager Tom Parker. According to Priscilla, Parker didn’t care about Elvis’ own dreams for movies.
– He didn’t want to make those movies on the beach with those girls.
Since then, Priscilla has also forgiven the grudges related to beach movies. However, Parker helped Elvis in his career to achieve things that were important to the singer.

Priscilla and Elvis were married from 1967 to 1973. They have a daughter together Lisa Marie. Priscilla has acted as Elvis’ property manager after his death and has managed Elvis Presley Enterprises.
