Elon Musk is being investigated by the United States federal authorities in relation to his offer to buy Twitter, as revealed by Futurism in a letter written by Twitter’s lawyers. In it, whistleblowers want to know more about what information has he given to the federal authorities about the purchase of the social network.
“Elon Musk is currently under investigation by federal authorities for his conduct in connection with the Twitter acquisition. Through an attorney, he has exchanged substantive correspondence with those authorities in connection with their investigations.”
This investigation came days after Musk had sent a letter to Twitter in which he promised to carry out his purchase finally. Initially, Twitter refused this, as they wanted proceed with litigation. thus putting the company in danger according to Elon Musk’s lawyer.
