Elon Musk personally rejected Ukraine’s request to access the Internet services of the Starlink satellite network in Crimea as well. The CEO of SpaceX did so out of fear that an attempt by Ukraine to retake Crimea would spur Russia to use nuclear weapons. This is according to a report published yesterday. Musk, meanwhile, also denies having spoken with Putin recently.
