Eliza and Amelia Spencer, Lady D’s granddaughters, at fashion week

ANDliza and Amelia Spencer, 28, are the granddaughters of Lady D, daughters of her brother Charles and model Victoria Aitken. They are twins and sister of the most famous Kitty Spencer, the global face of Dolce & Gabbana. Last January were crowned cover girls of Tatler, the magazine of the British aristocracy. The two, very close, flew to New York to attend fashion week. But they were seen, between one show and another, intent on a passionate shopping session in the Michael Kors Collection store (they were invited as guests of the front row of the show) which then ended with a lunch in the glamorous Balthazar, in Soho.

The twins post even the same shots on their respective social accounts. For their sortie between shops they did not indulge in sneakers, but chose heels and comfortable overcoats. Very blond, the two women differed at least in colors. One has chosen a camel coat over dark cigarette pants, while the other a powder pink look and a white coat and gold graphics.

Twins Eliza and Amelia Spencer were born in South Africa

The Spencer sisters were born in July 1992 and both lived in South Africa before returning to London, on the family estate in Althorp, where Lady Diana is buried. When the famous aunt lost her life in Paris they were just five years old. “We didn’t realize at the time how important it was for the world,” she told in an interview with Tatler (where they wore Miu Miu looks). “She was warm, maternal and loving with a deep predisposition to understand the souls of children”, they underlined remembering a vacation with his aunt Lady Diana in South Africa.
