Unbelievable allegations against a Berlin official! The LKA police officer of the Mobile Task Force (MEK) has been under investigation for months because of a serious sexual offence

According to BZ information, the crime took place on March 11th. A witness reported to the police because he discovered an abominable offer on a dating app: an apparently unconscious woman was offered sex there. He alerted the police.

Just a few minutes later, the officers stormed their colleague’s apartment.

There they found a woman (35), also a colleague, who was allegedly drugged with knockout drops. They also discovered two sealing bags with “drug-suspicious content”, according to security circles.

The alarmed officials confiscated data carriers, which are evaluated – as well as blood, urine and leftover drinks. An arrest warrant has not been issued against the 36-year-old, and there is no risk of absconding. The victim and the witness have already been questioned.

When asked by the BZ, the public prosecutor’s office confirmed investigations into a sexual offense under Section 177 of the Criminal Code – “sexual assault; sexual assault; Rape”. The spokesman for the authority did not want to provide any further information on the case.

The police press office said: “The officer concerned is currently not on duty. Disciplinary steps have already been taken.”
