The Viennese Eli Preiss has released a new single. The new track is called “Glühheisse Wüste” and was produced by 2WOEAZY and is again inspired by the video game scene. See and watch the video clip for the single here in the stream:
The single bears the name of the desert racetrack from Nintendo’s cult classic. Mario Kart fans know that the track has its pitfalls. The route is extremely hilly – so-called “pockeys”, sand and fire blasts make it difficult to continue. Likewise, one is sometimes pursued by a rather bad-tempered sun.
The sound of the single is trappy, authentic and empowering at the same time. Preiss addressed critical words to the scene. Cappers, misogynists and fake rappers have to dress warmly. If you want to see Eli Preiss live, you should get a ticket for this year’s Get MELT Festival.
