The team chosen by the Transfermarkt community for the 29th Bundesliga matchday is made up primarily of players from clubs that have celebrated major victories. After his brace in the 4-0 win against Eintracht Frankfurt, BVB attacker Donyell Malen received the most support from the voters with 80.6 percent. The Dutch striker was also joined by two teammates: Jude Bellingham (53.7%) and Mats Hummels (65.7%), who marked the other goals scored by Dortmund’s summiteers.

1. FSV Mainz 05 is also represented three times in the selection after the 3-1 win against former league leaders Bayern Munich – including Bo Svensson, who the users voted coach of the match day. Goalscorers Leandro Barreiro (41.7%) and Aarón Martín (37%) also received the favour.

More than 50 percent of the votes also went to Freiburg defense chief Matthias Ginter (50.9%), his teammate Michael Gregoritsch (50%) and Marvin Ducksch (68.5%), who was twice successful in the 4-0 win against Schalke. The Werder striker collected the second most votes after his hat-trick in the 4-2 win at Hertha. His team-mate Mitchell Weiser at right back (37%), midfielder Mattias Svanberg (47.2%) from VfL Wolfsburg and goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky (32.4%) from Bayer 04 Leverkusen complete the eleven.
