“As soon as a new large production project is ready, we can open again. That will probably be Lille, at the earliest by the end of this year,” promises Ecopower.
The energy cooperative has been very popular since energy prices skyrocketed. In January 2022, due to the enormous increase in new contract applications, a customer stop was introduced for the first time. After more than a year, new customers were admitted again, after Ecopower had completed two new wind turbines in Schelle. So now there is another customer stop.
If you want to become a customer of Ecopower, you have to become a cooperative. You can do this by buying a share. Ecopower has approximately 68,000 cooperators.
