The votes have also been counted in Haarlem: GL/PvdA has become by far the largest party there. The combined list on the left obtained 27.6 percent of the votes. The PVV is in second place, with 15.1 percent of the votes. During the previous elections, D66 was the big winner in the provincial capital, but they now surrender more than half of their votes.
