Eintracht Frankfurt: youth director Andreas Möller leaves at the end of the season

At the end of the season

Andreas Möller will not extend his contract as head of the youth department at Eintracht Frankfurt, which expires at the end of the season, and will leave the SBU at his own request. The 54-year-old, who has been in office since October 2019, personally informed both the presidium of the association and the board of directors.

“I would like to thank all the employees who have made my work for the club very easy for me right from the start. As a player who was trained at Eintracht Frankfurt, it was a great honor for me to return and work in youth football for two and a half years. After the end of my contract, I would like to devote more time to my private life and have more time for my family,” explained Möller.

President Peter Fischer added: “We would like to thank Andreas Möller for the cooperation over the past two and a half years, in which he has initiated many new things in the training of young footballers. As one of the most successful German soccer players ever, Andreas has done our performance center good and changed many things for the better. We wish him all the best for the future, both professionally and privately.”
