Eintracht Frankfurt transfer plans revealed

Eintracht Frankfurt had a mixed start to the season. The SGE squad is looking in vain for an adequate replacement for Randal Kolo Muani. In addition to reinforcements for the attack, a new central defender should also find his way to the Main. Apparently they have already agreed on the preferred candidate.

At the last minute, Randal Kolo Muani left Eintracht Frankfurt and joined PSG. The SGE was no longer able to sign a successor for the French national player. At least one new center forward should move to the Main metropolis in the winter.

There are many candidates for this. “Sport1” reports that the search for an attacker is already in full swing. According to the TV station, they are firmly planning a new signing. Ideally, Eintracht would even want to sign two strikers to replace the 24-year-old who left.

Eintracht Frankfurt agrees with their preferred candidate

According to “Sport1” information, one of the candidates is Vangelis Pavlidis from AZ Alkmaar. Ermedin Demirovic, in whom Eintracht was already interested in the summer, is also still on the long list of sports director Markus Krösche. Santiago Gimenez, brought into play by “Sky”, is probably too expensive for the SGE.

The negotiations about a new central defender are apparently much more concrete. According to “Sport1” reporter Christopher Moritz, Zeno Debast and the Hessians “fundamentally” agree. The 19-year-old has been the preferred candidate for the 2022 Europa League winner for some time. In the summer, a transfer fell through due to RSC Anderlecht’s transfer fee being too high.

The Bundesliga club would probably have to put around 15 million euros on the table in the winter for the highly talented defender. Thanks to the income from the Kolo Muani deal, this requirement should no longer be a hurdle for the Eagle Bearers.
