Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt is looking forward to the quarter-finals of the Europa League against FC Barcelona. For the professionals of the SBU, a win would not only be a sporting sensation, but apparently also a financial incentive.
The whole of Frankfurt is preparing for the game of the year. Better: “Game of the Century” when it comes to the chairman of the supervisory board, Philip Holzer. Shortly after the draw, the Hessian European Cup participants received more than 250,000 ticket inquiries – a number that impressively underlines the anticipation surrounding Eintracht.
The support in the first leg on April 7 (9 p.m. live on RTL + and in the live ticker on sport.de) is certain for coach Oliver Glasner’s team. If they progress after the first and second leg, which will take place a week later at the Camp Nou, the dream of the second European Cup victory in the club’s history will live.
