Eintracht Frankfurt | SGE-Flirt wants to go to Europe

With the Ecuadorian Willian Pacho from Royal Antwerp, Eintracht Frankfurt has already confirmed a new signing for the coming season, another deal should already be signed, at least apart from the official announcement. A whiz kid, who was last traded at SGE, has also underpinned his intention to change.

Omar Marmoush from VfL Wolfsburg will lace up his soccer shoes for Eintracht Frankfurt from the summer. This is reported by the “image”. Accordingly, the 24-year-old offensive player completed the last part of the medical check on Tuesday. Marmoush is expected to sign with Hessen by the end of June 2027.

According to “Sport1”, the Egyptian’s change, in which BVB is said to have shown interest, has been fixed for almost a month.

Marmoush’s contract expires at the end of the season, so no transfer fee is due for the left winger (28 competitive games/6 goals in 2022/23). Official confirmation is still pending.

If you believe the rumor mill, Marmoush could meet a new Italian international at Eintracht: Mateo Retegui. The Argentinian-born, who recently made his debut for the Azzurri and has scored in his first two internationals, is currently on loan from Boca Juniors to CA Tigre in Argentina, but the attacker is likely to continue his career in Europe before long.

Change to Europe for Eintracht-Flirt “a dream”

Tigre President Ezequiel Melarana informed him that he “will probably be sold in the summer,” revealed the 24-year-old in an interview with the “Gazetta dello Sport”. He likes the idea and a move to Europe is “a dream for everyone who plays football”. Specifically, the striker says that he “would like to come to Italy”, but nothing has been decided yet.

“There’s nothing concrete, I don’t know what’s going to happen: my father is responsible for the future. My head is 100 percent with Tigre,” Retegui evaded when asked by the newspaper.

In order to be able to get involved in poker for Retegui, Frankfurt would probably have to part with Randal Kolo Muani. The Eintracht superstar is traded at FC Bayern, among others, and is said to bring around 100 million euros into the coffers of the eagle bearers.
