Eintracht Frankfurt: Ridvan Yilmaz from Besiktas is probably much cheaper

Contract with Besiktas only until 2023

Eintracht Frankfurt has been working on signing Turkish talent Ridvan Yilmaz (21) from Besiktas for weeks, and the defensive winger, who has only been in Istanbul for a year, is apparently much cheaper than previously thought. This is how it goes from a “picture‘ report from Saturday. A transfer fee of 6.5 million euros rumored in the Turkish media is more than halved in the newspaper report.

According to information from the newspaper, the talks about Yilmaz are about a purchase price of just 3 million euros. The fee, which is traded in Turkish reports, is “utopian”. Meanwhile, FC Turin and VfB Stuttgart are also interested in Yilmaz. The fact that Eintracht’s negotiations with Yilmaz were already well advanced in May is consistent with transfer market information. First the journalist had Christopher Michele (“Sport1” and “HR”) reported about it.

The Turkey international made his breakthrough this season, increasing his market value from €2m to €6.5m in June and is an attacking left-back who, like Filip Kostic (29), also plays in left midfield. In contrast to Besiktas, Yilmaz could prove himself in the Champions League at SGE, while the Istanbul “Adler” missed out on the European Cup.
