A hairdresser video has further fueled speculation about a possible change from Eintracht Frankfurt’s midfield star Filip Kostic to Italian record champions Juventus Turin.
A video is circulating on social media in which the Serb can be seen with a hairdressing cape. On the sidelines of the Serbian international match in Sweden, Kostic had his hair cut by star hairdresser Osman, who asked the winger in English which team he was playing for next season.
The voice of former Hertha player Radonjic can be heard in the background: “What did you say? Next team?” The answer is “Juventus”, followed by a grin from Kostics.
The Italian sports newspaper “Gazzetta dello Sport” and other Italian sports media reported on a possible change of the 29-year-old to Serie A with reference to the sequence.
The “Gazzetta” gave contract details such as the term and a bonus payment – but without citing a source. The newspaper also restricted that there were no concrete transfer negotiations with the Hessians. In addition, the Bianconeri would first have to create space in midfield for Kostic through a few transfers.
The fact that the Serbian national player could leave the Europa League winner during the summer break has been discussed for a long time. Even Frankfurt’s sports director Markus Krösche had not ruled this out in a recent newspaper interview. A decision should be made soon.
