Eighty, the boy (16) shot down after ringing at the wrong house before penalty provision

An 86-year-old man who shot a black teenager in Kansas City in 2023 in the US state of Missouri died before the judge could impose a punishment. Andrew Lester confessed to the debt last week and would hear on 7 March what punishment he would get to shoot the then 16-year-old Ralph Yarl.
