In the African Football Confederation (CAF) Champions League, Egypt’s Al Ahli team, which drew 1-1 with the Moroccan representative Wydad Casablanca team, became the champion.
In the second leg match played at Mohammad V Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco, the host team Wydad Casablanca closed the first half ahead 1-0 with the goal of Yahya Attiat-Allah El Idrissi in the 27th minute.
The guest team caught a draw with Muhammed Abdelmonem in the 78th minute.
El Ahli, who won the first match in Egypt 2-1, became the winner of the cup.
