The time slots were introduced during the corona crisis to avoid crowds at the main entrance. Efteling reports on its website that it can once again let more guests in through the gates at the same time. This makes the time slots redundant.
People who have already made a reservation with a time slot will not have to race against the clock from Tuesday. Their booking is automatically converted into a day reservation. They can therefore come to the amusement park at any time according to their own wishes.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, day reservations for day visitors remain necessary, Efteling says. With the exception of season ticket holders and overnight guests: they do not need to make a reservation for a visit to the amusement park.
