Receiving a royal decoration often requires a lifetime of service. Eefje Broer (35) and Elske van der Vliet (35) are early. For fifteen years they have been working with their foundation for underprivileged children in Bolivia. This year they are the youngest women in the Netherlands to receive a ribbon. “We never expected this.”
