Education Senator Busse wants to distribute teachers more evenly

Berlin’s education senator Astrid-Sabine Busse wants to counteract the shortage of teachers with a new control mechanism. The SPD politician announced today that the plan is to distribute teachers more specifically to districts, districts and schools according to actual needs. This is to prevent schools in some parts of the city from having too many staff and others – not least in social hotspots – from suffering from an extreme shortage of staff.
