Eddy Zoëy puked under by Yvonne Coldeweijer: ‘Wet newspaper!’

Eddy Zoëy gets a solid right from juice queen Yvonne Coldeweijer. She thinks he completely fails as a presenter of RTL Boulevard. “What kind of wet newspaper is that?”

RTL Boulevard has a group of presenters who alternate and Eddy Zoëy has also been part of that for a while. The show section once got big with the sarcastic undertone of Beau van Erven Dorens – it was all a bit tongue-in-cheek – but Eddy puts the items together with a face as if he were reading Rob Trip’s autocue.

wet newspaper

According to Yvonne Coldeweijer, it is not to be seen. “What kind of wet newspaper is that? I don’t get that. What is that man doing on TV?! Zero talent”, she sneezes in her podcast The Juice Show.

Her co-host Mark Koster said: “Zero talent. He stands there and pretends the atomic bomb just went off. There was a dark atmosphere. What is it about? It’s about Gordon!”

Silent Gordon

Eddy presented the RTL Boulevard broadcast a few weeks ago in which it was claimed that Gordon never wants to give interviews again. The entertainer himself denies that he said that.

Yvonne: “Gordon never said that. He hasn’t even made a statement anywhere. They’ve all been blowing it all up. That’s not the issue. Gordon is pissed. He says he’s just hurt and pissed off the way they treat him.”

Out of context

It’s just Gordon bashing, says Yvonne. “Boul came there [bij de sluiting van Blushing] and said, ‘May we ask one more thing? Are you okay, because your Instagram account is gone?’ Now it has turned out that Gordon is done with the media for a while, but Boulevard has called it like: ‘He never wants to do more interviews with the media!’”

According to her, it’s just sensation seeking. “They will then deliberately take it completely out of context. That’s media,” she says. “But we all do that too.”

Screaming for Goor

Why is it that Yvonne is so crazy about Gordon? “First of all I have to say that I scream about Geer and Goor. I would pay half my fortune to get that program back. That has brought me so much joy in my life.”

However, it is especially important that Gordon once was ‘very cordial’ to Yvonne’s brother, when he was still working at De Efteling. The entertainer then made time for him after a performance, while no one else was there. “Isn’t that beautiful?”
